Melissa + Aaron’s Wedding Part I

This was simply an EPIC weekend that I will never forget.

There are days where I just sit back and ask myself…is this really my job?  People like Melissa, Aaron and their parents are the reason I love what I do.  They are just so real, so full of joy, and always so friendly and warm.  What I loved about working with them, is that they completely trusted me and our great team of vendors to make their dreams a reality.  When Melissa called me and explained that she wanted to turn a golf cart barn into a magical place for a wedding reception, I was more than up for the challenge.  Melissa and Aaron’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular, and we had SUCH a blast putting this one together.  Melissa gave us the type of feel and colors she would like to use, and then let us PLAY!  So fun!  Seriously, I love them, and I was completely honored that I was able to work with them on such a special weekend in their lives.  I must say, I miss them!  Their 1-year anniversary was yesterday, and I am just thrilled for them.  This year has flown by.  I actually can’t believe I am JUST now sharing this with you all.

First I will show you the ceremony captured by the lovely Cheyenne Schultz.  She and her husband were the perfect match for Melissa and Aaron, and the pictures reflect the beauty of their relationship and the wedding day.  Here is the ROCK STAR team of vendors:

Melisa + Jackson’s Fall Wedding Part I

So it has been a little over a year since Melisa and Jackson were married on the Biltmore Estate, but I can’t think of a more perfect time to actually blog their wedding.  Why?  Because this past weekend Jackson’s sister, Amelia, was married so I was able to see them again!  I couldn’t be happier to be a part of two weddings with these precious families!  I absolutely adore Melisa and Jackson…they completely light up a room, everyone around them adores them, and they are some of the kindest people I have gotten the pleasure to work with.  The weather on their wedding day was fall-like…chilly, but gorgeous.  I am so delighted to share these photos with you.

Once again, I was able to work with Graham and Samantha from Graham Terhune Photography, and not only are they amazing people, but incredible artists.  Enjoy Part I!

And please check out their amazing film by Inkspot Crow Films.  SO GOOD!  Click here!

Amanda + Peter’s Wedding Part I

So, I am completely embarrassed that I have not blogged this wedding yet, as it is definitely one of my all time favorites!  I could have sworn I had blogged it, and I kept looking for it to send to someone to view.  When I kept searching and searching, I realized with horror that I never posted it!  I would not want you guys to miss out on seeing Amanda and Peter’s wedding that took place at the Cliffs Glassy Chapel.  Such a GORGEOUS couple that could be models in my book, and they are head over heels for each other.  So much joy to help pull this one together, and I could not be happier that The Schultzes were on hand to capture their day!  It was an amazing weekend that I will never forget.  Thank you Amanda and Peter for being so wonderful!  Enjoy Part I!

Lauren + Bryan Part I

Lauren and Bryan…fabulously elegant, incredibly smart, and I feel like they stepped into this time from a past era.  They wanted Gatsby, they wanted big band, they wanted high class…this is just who they are.  There couldn’t be a more perfect setting for such a wedding than the Biltmore Estate where time stands still, and you can feel the history all around you.  Parker J was a fantastic choice, as his artistry could not be more in tune with what they wanted to capture.  Loved them, loved their vision, and I am happy to share it with you. Thank you to an incredible team:

Here is Part I!

Bonnie + Ryan Part I

Bonnie and Ryan are a precious couple.  I instantly loved them when we met, and I knew we were going to have a great time planning their wedding.  They chose a small, quaint and extremely charming chapel for their ceremony, called the McKinney Chapel.  It was Bonnie’s dream to have it here, despite the fact they had over 250 people in attendance.  We sat the majority of guests right outside the chapel, and set up speakers so they could hear the vows.  It was beautiful, meaningful and full of love.  Their guests then made their way to the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards Clubhouse for the reception and dancing.  Such a fabulous evening for a very deserving couple!  Thank you to 6 of Four Photography for being there for every moment to capture this day so well.  Enjoy Part ONE!
