Martha and Brian’s Wedding Highlights

I blogged Martha and Brian’s wedding a while back, but I just received this fantastic film clip by Portal Films that I just had to show you.  The wedding took place at the Lioncrest at the Biltmore Estate.  Such a gorgeous wedding and couple.  Click below to see the film!

Jana and Noah Married at The Farm

Jana and Noah were married in May at The Farm in Candler, North Carolina.  The rain was threatening, but the ceremony was seamless and gorgeous outside in front of the gazebo.  In fact, as they were walking up the aisle as husband and wife, it started sprinkling.  It was perfect!  I adore Jana and her family, and it was such an honor and blessing to work with them on such a special event.  We had so much fun planning this wedding, and they wanted to make sure their guests had fun also!  The Colorful Palate delivered a very tasty barbecue dinner, the flowers were happy, bright and colorful, the games were everywhere, and the guests couldn’t stop smiling.  What a wonderful evening it was!  Fortunately, such talented photographers as Two Ring Studios were there to capture this wedding so perfectly…thank you, guys!  Enjoy!

Love these ring shots…

Colorful blooms by Polly’s Florist…they did a great job!

Jana’s mom put together this scrabble board…love it!

What an adorable Lego groom’s cake!  :)

Ann Parr and Chet marry in Asheville

Ann Parr and Chet’s wedding was absolutely beautiful despite the rainy weather.  I loved watching these two together because you can definitely see their love for each other.  Ann Parr and Chet are both pilots for Atlantic Southeast Airlines, which I think is so fun.  Honour Hiers did such an amazing job with their photographs, and I just love the bridal portraits of Ann Parr with her plane.  So artistic!

Their wedding took place at Homewood, in Asheville, NC.  The ceremony was inside the ballroom, then guests moved outside for dinner under a gorgeous tent, then everyone moved back inside for dancing and cake.  It was such a lovely event, and I hope you have fun looking at all of these pictures!  Thank you to Stacey, with The Bloom Room, for the floral design…stunning!

Incredible image…

Love, love, love these shoes!!

Dana with A Fine Line Studio, did an amazing job with these invitations!

Grace and Sebron Wed!

Sebron and Grace were married in May at The Farm in Candler, North Carolina.  Grace and Sebron both love the outdoors and hope to own their own cattle farm one day.  They both graduated from North Carolina State (go Wolfpack!), and they are both Agriculture majors.  One of the first times Grace’s mom emailed me, she told me that Grace was showing her bull calf in one of the events at the NC State Fair…I love this girl!!  Sebron also proposed to Grace at this same fair…so sweet.  One thing about Grace that I discovered is that she is the third child out of eight children, and her mom home schooled them all!  Now that is one incredible mom!

They were fortunate to have John Huneycutt, with Huneycutt Photography, to take their pictures…take a look!

Guests rang these adorable cow bells as Sebron and Grace exited the reception.

Thank you to Tere, for your hard work on this wedding!

Spring Wedding at the Inn on Biltmore Estate

Anita and Michael were married on April 17th at the Inn on Biltmore Estate.  It was a lovely, intimate affair, and Michael and Anita were obviously very happy to finally be husband and wife!  Thank you to Regina Holder for the photographs, and to Blossoms for the sweet blooms!  Enjoy!

I LOVE the pink dogwoods…so pretty!

Wendy Ballance doing a fabulous job on makeup!

Michael and Anita met before the ceremony which gave them to time to calm their nerves and take some photographs together.

Vicky and Kevin’s Spring Wedding

Vicky and Kevin were married on a beautiful March evening at the Biltmore Estate.  The ceremony took place in the historic Lodge Room at the Deerpark, followed by a dinner reception and dancing.  I just loved working with Vicky and Kevin.  Vicky knew what she wanted, made decisions quickly, and I enjoyed helping her make it come together.  Fun!  Blossoms did a beautiful job with the floral, and the amazing Abigail Seymour captured every sweet moment.  Thank you, Abigail, for sharing these pictures…

Beautiful shot, Abigail!

Everyone was having a great time dancing to the beats of Dylan Skidmore with Blazin Sounds Entertainment!

Lauren and Chad’s Engagment Pictures

I am thrilled to be working with Lauren, Chad and their families on their upcoming wedding in September.  The wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Lioncrest on the Biltmore Estate.  It is going to be one amazing event, and I can’t wait!!  This couple, as you will see, is GORGEOUS!  Fortunately, they are beautiful in the inside too!  :)   Woodward + Rick were kind enough to share with me some of Lauren and Chad’s engagement pictures so I could share them with my blog readers.  Although Woodward +Rick are some of the best in the business, they still couldn’t have taken a bad picture of these two even if they tried!  :)

Amber and Josh Wed in Charleston

I just loved working with Amber and Josh on their Charleston wedding.  Charleston is one of my favorite places to visit because of its history, food and beauty.  I was so excited when Amber and Josh decided to have their wedding in this amazing city!  The wedding took place in October, which is a perfect time of year in Charleston. Fortunately, we had perfect weather all weekend!  Amber and Josh were married in the French Huguenot Church, which is so rich in history and stunning!  Then guests were whisked away by horse and carriage to the reception at the Gibbes Museum Courtyard.  Thank you to Exum Photography for getting me all of these pictures.  This was my first time working with these guys, and they are so good at what they do and such a pleasure to work with!  Also, thank you Tiger Lily Florist for the amazing florals, and to Carolina Catering for the yummy food!

Love the old-fashioned shave!

The cuff links are so fun…

The Andrew Thielen Big Band was amazing!  They definitely got everyone moving!

Marcy and Jason Wed at the Cliffs Glassy

Marcy and Jason were married on October 31, 2009 at the Cliffs Glassy Chapel.  It was a foggy day, but as soon as Marcy stepped out of her limo the sun broke through, and it was breathtaking.  The views from the Glassy Chapel are unmatched.  After the ceremony, the guests made their way to the Cliffs Glassy Clubhouse.  Stacey, with The Bloom Room, did another brilliant job with the decor, and there were splashes of bright fall colors everywhere.  It was beautiful!  So happy that Marcy and Jason had Brian and Gry, with Woodward + Rick, to capture their event.   Absolutely fantastic photographers with such a great eye for the perfect shot.

What a lovely couple Marcy and Jason are, and I was honored to work with them.  Thank you, Marcy and Jason!  I am so happy for the two of you.

Erin and Adam’s Biltmore Estate Wedding

I showed you Erin and Adam’s rehearsal dinner at the Fields at Blackberry Cove, and now I am finally posting their wedding pictures!  The ceremony took place on the front lawn of the Biltmore House, which is a spectacular location.  Then guests were treated to a private tour of the Biltmore House immediately following the ceremony which led out to the reception on the South Terrace.  Tremendous job by Stacey and her team with The Bloom Room on all the floral and decor.  Thank you to Corey McNabb for his exquisite photography and for capturing all the wonderful moments and details.  Check it out…

Love these shots with Adam and his family…

A bagpiper led the guests from the ceremony to the door of the Biltmore House for their tour
