Natalie and Nick

Natalie and Nick have been engaged for almost a year, and they are ready to be married.  The good news is, they are actually getting married this coming weekend, May 16th!  They are having their wedding ceremony at the lovely Homewood, in the Glen.  The Glen is special to my heart, because I was married there!  I know it will be beautiful.  After the ceremony, their guests will move to a courtyard in downtown Asheville.  Natalie grew up around this courtyard because her parents own and manage the buildings that surround it.  So, this wedding brings back special memories, not only to her, but to her parents!  I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Natalie and her family on this very special event, and I can’t believe it is almost here!  Enjoy this information about Natalie and Nick…eiffel-tower
How did you meet each other?
Nick and I went to school together at University of Tennessee.  We became great friends, but Nick eventually transferred to the University of Florida.  After not seeing or talking to each other for 7 years, we ran into each other at a concert in Charlotte.  We have not been apart since.
When did you get engaged, and how did he ask?
We got engaged on June 12, 2008.  We were traveling through Europe.  Our first stop was in Venice, Italy, and we decided to take a gondola tour.  While we were on the tour, Nick got on one knee and popped the question!  (Isn’t that so romantic?!  Tara)
Where do you live now?
We just bought a house in Charlotte, NC
Why did you choose Asheville as your wedding location?
Asheville is Natalie’s hometown
When you think about your wedding, what are you most excited about?
Professing our love and sharing such a special day with all of our friends and family that we care so much about.
What are the qualities that you love about each other?
Natalie is loving and caring, determined, thoughtful, compassionate, sweet and beautiful.
Nick is loving, romantic, understanding, trusting, loves life, and ambitious.
Anything else you would want people to know?
How much we can’t wait to be married, and how much we are looking forward to sharing our new life together.
