I can’t thank Jeremy Russell enough for taking some time out of his evening earlier this month to take some shots of my family. We knew we only had about 30 minutes before the kids melted down and didn’t want their picture taken anymore, and I was blown away by what he was able to capture in such a short time. THANK YOU for capturing my children’s personality…their laughter, their sweetness and their goofiness. The way God has blessed my life is overwhelming. My husband, Jonathan, is the most amazing man I know. He cherishes me, adores our children, is incredibly helpful and selfless, and he is passionate about our Savior, Jesus Christ. Oh, and he is super HOT. He is the love of my life, my best friend, and I can’t imagine life without him. My children are insane, wild, funny, challenging, head-strong, loving, and so much fun. Tiny Pherson is the oldest (almost 4), and she is the boss…at least she thinks she is. She adores her brother and sister, and has never shown one ounce of jealousy. She is passionate about life, has an amazing vocabulary, loves pre-school, sings loudly all the time, and is into anything ‘girly’. I was a huge tomboy growing up, so this ‘princess’ thing is throwing me for a loop, but I love it. Sweet baby boy, Nash, who turns 2 on New Year’s Eve, is our angel. We were chosen by his birth parents when he was almost a week old, and we got to hold him in our arms 2 weeks later. Makes me teary even writing this. He sleeps better than any child I have ever known, eats more than any child I have every known, runs incredibly fast, dances to any music, and loves fiercely. He craves attention, yet rarely demands it. His skin is perfect, and incredibly soft, and his big brown eyes will melt your heart. He really is our angel, our gift from God, that we fall more in love with everyday. And then there is our little Kayda bug. She is going to grow up thinking her real name is Bug, as I call her this all the time. Who knows why…it just happened. She has the cutest grin and laugh, and she is practically irresistible, therefore making her incredibly spoiled. I am obsessed with her, probably because I know she is our last baby, and I just savor every little cuddle and every kiss. Every morning when she wakes up, the first thing she wants to do is hug and kiss her sister (as Nash is always still sleeping). It is truly the best thing to watch. She loves dogs, always has a baby in her arms or something she can hug, and will stop in her tracks when a song comes on to shake her hips. Goodness, just writing all this makes me all warm and fuzzy. I have the best kids anyone could ask for. THANK YOU, Jesus. I hope you enjoy this little glimpse into my everyday world. 🙂
With Lots and Lots of Love,
Me
