Absolutely giddy over seeing this couple get married.  They are AWESOME…met on a plane, their ‘first’ dates were like dates from the Bachelor, they live in Dubai, they are completely the sweetest, and super perfect for each other.  Every minute working with them has been a blast…seriously.  Their wedding at the Lioncrest on the Biltmore Estate is on 4th of July…how fun is that?  Read more about them…

How did you meet each other?
Eric and I met sitting across the aisle from one another on a plane. He asked me what time it was, smooth moves! 🙂

How long have you two been together?
We have been together for 5 years
When did you get engaged, and how did he ask?
We got engaged in the Maldives. Eric asked me to go to a private island for sundowners. He took me through a coconut grove and convinced me to check out some crabs in a large pot. It ended up that he had the ring planted there, he fished it out, turned around on one knee and asked me to marry him. He had Maldivian drums come out from behind us, champagne on the beach and sunset and a dinner on a private island with our own chef and waiter.
What do you two do for a living?
Eric is a Project Manager for Development Company in Dubai and Laura is a Sales Manager for an Organic Distribution Company in Dubai

What are some of the activities that you like to do together as a couple?
We love to travel together, hike & explore, and take care of our adorable English Cocker Spaniel, Sprouty!
Why did you choose the Biltmore Estate as your wedding location?
We could not resist the beauty of the Biltmore and wanted to share it with all our family and friends.
When you think about your wedding, what are you most excited about?
To have all of our favorite people in one place, feeling the love 🙂
What do you love about each other?
Laura: Eric has one of the biggest hearts of any person I have ever known. His passion for travel, his work, his writing and for his family is astounding. His goofy matches mine and we always have way too much fun together. Eric is the best friend and partner I could ever ask for.
Eric: Laura is one of the most passionate and kind hearted people ever I’ve ever met. Her red hair matches her fiery personality with an innate ability to light up the room. Laura, she’s my sweet honey pie.

Anything else you would want people to know?
We absolutely love to have fun together. We have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to live aboard in the magical city of Dubai. With this opportunity we have had the ability to travel throughout the world and could not be more thankful for all the experiences we have had.
