I’m jumping up and down with excitement about Alexis and Tyler’s wedding coming up in August.  It is going to be absolutely stunning.  The ceremony will be taking place on the Front Lawn of the Biltmore House with a spectacular reception up at the Diana.  What a beautiful couple Alexis and Tyler make…read below to learn more about them:
How did you meet each other?
Tyler saw me at Cootie Browns, a restaurant in Johnson City, and invited me to come to one of his upcoming shows.
How long have you two been together?
2 1/2 years

When did you get engaged, and how did he ask?
September 27, 2013
He planned a weekend getaway and when we arrived at the cabin there were 2 dozen roses. When I turned to ask who those were from, and he was on one knee.
What do you two do for a living?
Tyler is a land surveyor, and plays in a regional band called “The Twang Bangers.” I am a full-time student at ETSU pursuing a degree in business management and plan to attend law school at the University of Tennessee in the Fall of 2015.
What are some of the activities that you like to do as a couple?
We have fun together no matter how simple or how extravagant the activity is, but I would have to say some of our favorite activities together would be spending the day at the lake, spending the day at the pool, vacationing, and long scenic drives in our jeep.
Why did you choose the Biltmore Estate as your wedding location?
My dad actually suggested the Biltmore Estate as soon as we got engaged. Shortly after we came and visited and fell in love with the Estate and its many venues.

When you think about your wedding, what are you most excited about?
I am definitely most excited about Tyler seeing me in my dress for the first time! I can’t keep what it looks like a secret another minute!
What do you love about each other?
Alexis: What I love about Tyler is his charming personality. He has the ability to make me happy and make me smile no matter what.
Tyler: What I love about Alexis is she is outgoing and her smile brightens any room she walks into.
